What We Do

Since being founded in 2002 by Bryn Pavek, the Adult and Community Education (ACE) Foundation has been dedicated to helping adult learners pursue education and personal growth. As a nonprofit, its focus is on providing support and resources to those looking to finish high school, gain career skills, or learn English, offering tuition assistance to those enrolled in ACE programs. The foundation also works to support teachers and volunteers, ensuring the programs are well-run and accessible.

Why We Do It

The ACE Foundation was created in response to three demonstrated needs in the community:

  • An increasing number of individuals needing to upgrade education status and trade skills to stay competitive in the economy of 20 years ago;

  • A financial reality that puts them beyond the reach of sufficient cash flow; and

  • Employers’ demand for upgrades in technology skills, ESOL, high school completion, and soft skills.

Our Impact

The ACE Foundation has transformed the lives of thousands of adult learners by providing access to education and career training opportunities. Through scholarships and support, we’ve empowered individuals to strive for better employment and personal growth. Since our inception, we’ve helped break down financial and educational barriers, impacting families, careers, and communities. Our commitment to lifelong learning continues to shape a brighter future for all who seek to improve their lives through education.
